Terms and Conditions — m444 Gaming Platform

Welcome to m444, an online gaming platform operated at m444.click and intended for use by players located in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("Player"), and m444 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms. m444 uses automated and manual detection to identify multi-accounting and takes strict action against it, including permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your m444 account and keep it confidential.
• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify m444 support immediately at support@m444.click.
• m444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may require you to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address and/or proof of the payment method used. Verification documents must be genuine and unaltered — submission of false documents will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

m444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment method that is legitimately owned and controlled by the account holder.

The minimum deposit amount on m444 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your m444 wallet balance instantly in most cases, though rare technical delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control once funds leave your payment provider.

• You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose.
• Third-party deposits — depositing funds on behalf of another person or accepting funds from another person to deposit — are strictly prohibited.
• m444 does not accept deposits made from credit facilities for the purpose of gambling and reserves the right to return such deposits.
• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, to satisfy standard anti-money-laundering checks.

m444 monitors deposits for signs of money laundering and irregular activity. We reserve the right to hold or return deposits and to request the source of funds documentation if a transaction is flagged. This is a legal compliance requirement and not a reflection on any individual player's integrity.

Withdrawals from your m444 account balance are processed to your registered payment method in Pakistani Rupees. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the m444 account holder.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings are available for withdrawal.
• m444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, m444 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending investigation.

m444 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard local payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, and m444 has no control over or responsibility for such fees. Withdrawals returned or rejected by a payment provider (for example, due to a closed wallet) will be credited back to your m444 balance.

m444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, which supplement these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirements on m444 bonuses are stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit.
• If a wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• m444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted by a player.
• Bonuses may only be used in accordance with the specific game and bet restrictions stated for each offer. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits below the minimum bonus qualifying amount are not eligible for bonus offers.

All game outcomes on m444 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. • Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or modified after the fact.

• If a game is interrupted due to a connection failure on the player's side, m444 is not responsible for any bets that were in progress at the time of disconnection. Bets in progress will be settled according to the game's standard disconnection rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m444 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and — where appropriate — reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with m444 games or the platform interface in an automated manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live dealer table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and must be reported to m444 support immediately.
• Using m444 as a vehicle for money laundering or depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets across accounts, using multiple identities to claim welcome offers, or matched betting to drain promotional value.
• Providing false identity information or forged verification documents.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing m444 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with or reverse-engineer m444's platform, software or infrastructure.

m444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected underage access, self-exclusion requests and extended inactivity.

• Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
• Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
• Players who request self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the period requested. During self-exclusion, m444 will not send promotional communications to the player.
• Reactivation of a self-excluded account is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and a welfare check by our responsible gaming team.

m444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may affect availability from time to time.

• m444 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
• m444 is not responsible for losses caused by your own decisions during gameplay, including wagers placed under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
• m444 is not responsible for delays or errors caused by your payment provider, mobile network operator or internet service provider.
• In all cases, m444's maximum liability to any player in connection with any incident is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits m444's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
